We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Retail Sales Executive who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.
This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
This is a permanent, 16hrs/week role, based in our Street Store.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have retail or customer service experience.
• You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.

Annual leave is 6.6 weeks per holiday year, including Bank Holidays. You will benefit from additional holiday days on your 3rd, 4th, 5th and 10th year of service, to a maximum of 30 days (pro-rata for part-time colleagues).
