H&T is hiring a Store Colleague in Peterborough 2, offering a warm welcome and expert support to customers in one of our 285+ stores. You’ll learn pawnbroking, retail sales and financial products, becoming part of a busy, friendly team that serves a diverse customer base.

We provide full training, ongoing development and clear pathways for career progression, with a salary increase upon training completion and the chance to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• No pawnbroking experience required; full training provided.
