Job summary

H&T Group Ltd in Stockton is seeking a Store Manager who will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting financial targets. You’ll ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards, build a positive store culture, and provide confident coaching and development.

No pawnbroking experience required as comprehensive training is provided. The role offers full-time hours, a base salary of £32,000 with discretionary bonuses up to £4,000 annually and a benefits

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and develop a team to achieve quarterly goals.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a Store Manager or Remote Manager role in financial services or customer-facing environments preferred.
• Multilingual ability is a bonus, not required.
