H&T Group Ltd is seeking a part-time Store Colleague in Gloucester to warmly welcome customers, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions. You don’t need pawnbroking experience—training is provided to help you grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Starting at £12.75 per hour with progression to £13.44 after training, the role is 30 hours weekly across four days, with flexible Monday–Sunday hours and potential discretionary bonuses based on KPIs.

Qualifications

• No prior pawnbroking experience required, just a genuine interest in helping people.
• Strong customer-facing skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail purchases and basic financial products.
• Maintain store standards and compliance, and support team targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Communicate effectively with diverse customers; language skills are a bonus.
