Soho Home Kings Road studio is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join the retail team. You will deliver professional service, maintain strong product knowledge, and assist customers browsing or purchasing in-store and online.

We require proven retail experience, excellent communication, and a creative flair for colours, styles and trends in interiors. Experience with furniture and lighting is a plus, and teamwork is essential for success.

• Proven experience in a retail environment and delivering high-level customer service.
• Strong communication and ability to discuss colours, styles, and trends in interiors.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to create positive customer experiences and loyalty.
• Greet and assist customers while shopping and purchasing; offer product information.
• Give alternatives when items are unavailable and handle queries professionally.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and store standards; maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet daily sales targets and communicate feedback to managers and finance teams.
• Cash up accurately at the end of the day.
