Soho Home Kings Road studio is seeking an enthusiastic retail assistant to join our Soho Home team. You will deliver outstanding service, know our homeware ranges, and help customers find the perfect pieces for their spaces.

As a full-time team member, you’ll greet shoppers, provide product information, upsell where appropriate, maintain pristine displays, and help achieve daily sales targets while representing the Soho Home brand with warmth and expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar retail role.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Clear, honest, and constructive communication.
• Creative flair with confidence discussing colours and trends in interiors.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing retail environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience in furniture and lighting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to create a positive customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Greet customers and assist them while browsing or purchasing products.
• Share information about products and services across in-store and online channels.
• Offer alternatives when an item is unavailable.
• Handle queries professionally or escalate to the manager.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and high store standards.
• Maximise product presentation to boost sales and meet targets.
• Ensure displays are stocked and shop cleanliness is maintained.
• Complete daily cashing up and report sales to the team.
