Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Northallerton store. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers with product selection and pricing, and support daily store operations on an 8-hour shift.

The role involves handling cash, processing orders, maintaining tidy displays, and assisting with stock management. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is required, with opportunities for development in a dynamic tech retail environment.

Job Title: CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Northallerton)

Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying, selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Northallerton Store. This is a part time contract for 8 hours.
The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assisting customers with their purchases, including providing advice on products and pricing information.
• Handling cash transactions, managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
• Processing customer orders, ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.

Requirements:
