Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for the Cramlington store. The role offers 8 hours per week with weekend and weekday availability.

You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases, manage till cash and price information, and process orders while keeping the store clean, tidy and well merchandised. A keen interest in technology helps with product knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong numeracy skills.

Job Title: CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Cramlington)

Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying, selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Cramlington Store. This is a part time contract for 8 hours.
The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

This roles requires full availability over weekends and weekdays as this is essential in this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
