Job summary

Travelex Limited, in partnership with Asda Travel Money, is seeking a Travel Service Partner in Stafford. This part-time role (16 hours/week) pays £13.50 per hour with a monthly bonus and offers opportunities to grow within a busy travel money environment.

You will welcome customers, provide outstanding service, and help with travel money needs while working with a supportive team. Flexible shifts and welfare benefits are available.

As a Travel Service Partner, you'll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time. What the job involves

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
• Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so our customers leave happy
