Travelex is seeking a Travel Service Partner in Stafford to assist customers with travel money needs in a busy bureau environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, building customer relationships, and guiding customers through exchange products and online orders.

You will work in a team, with training provided, and have opportunities to grow skills while contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction across flexible shifts.

As a Travel Service Partner, you'll be part of a friendly team in one of our Bureaux, supporting our customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time. What the job involves

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting your training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
• Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so our customers leave happy
