We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in our Reigate Store.
Experience in the AV industry is preferred but not essential.
Role Responsibilities:
- Our Sales Advisors are primarily customer-facing in-store but also communicate with customers over the phone and via email. They provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and purchases, while building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
- After a probationary period, colleagues can offer “Free On-Site Surveys,” visiting customers in their homes, workplaces, or other locations. These involve working on larger projects with collaboration across departments, third parties, and using the latest in-home automation technology.
- Maintain the store’s appearance, including keeping the shopfloor clean and welcoming, and ensuring the stockroom and office are well-organized.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and address technical queries.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- This role involves manoeuvring stock, adjusting displays, and may require stairs and heavy lifting.
- The position requires working 5 days out of 7, including Saturdays and Sundays.
