Asda Travel Money, in partnership with Travelex, is seeking a Travel Service Partner to help customers with travel money needs in Hereford. You'll join a friendly team in our bureaux, delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships.

The role offers flexible shifts, a monthly bonus, and opportunities to grow your skills within a supportive environment. Hours are 18 per week, with a permanent contract and a focus on accuracy in currency exchange and customer care.

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
• Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately
• Working together as a team driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success together
• Following company processes and paying attention to the detail to ensure everything stays on track.

Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

Hours: 18 per week

Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus
