Job summary

YOURS in Belfast is seeking fashion-loving individuals who excel at customer care and embody passion for our brand.

In this role you will optimise sales, deliver first-class service, handle till, replenish stock, assist deliveries, and maintain clean, safe store operations. Flexibility is required with hours above the minimum, and the pay rate is £12.90 per hour.

• Experience in customer service, face-to-face interaction preferred.
• Experience in retail with a quality fashion brand is desirable.

• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable.
• Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion.

The contracted hours stated above are a minimum guaranteed number of weekly hours but there is an expectation to work more hours and flexibly is required especially during peak trading periods

Pay Rates: £12.90 per hour regardless of age
