About The Role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a unique retail environment for a market leader? Arco has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at the Glasgow store, working 20 hours a week on the following pattern:

• Wednesday: 13:00 to 17:00
• Thursday and Friday: 08:00 to 17:00

Additional hours may be available, so flexibility is appreciated. Don't worry if you're not familiar with the health and safety industry or PPE; we will provide training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to promote products and services
• Create a clean, tidy, and welcoming shopping environment
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries using our bespoke IT software

About You

• Experience in face-to-face customer interactions, preferably in retail
• Understanding of delivering great customer experiences
• Strong IT skills and quick learner
• Full UK driving license is a plus but not essential
