About The Role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a unique retail environment for a market leader? Arco has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at the Avonmouth store.

The Retail Sales Advisor role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings. No prior knowledge of the health and safety industry or PPE is required, as we will provide training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering outstanding customer service
2. Interacting with customers in-store and on the phone to promote our products and services
3. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable store environment
4. Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries using our IT software
5. Covering delivery driver absences when needed

In addition to working for the UK’s leading health and safety experts, you'll receive:
