Job summary

Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for our Chester Store.

You will be at the heart of the in-store experience, delivering high-quality service and helping visitors feel part of the LFC family.

Qualifications

• Recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer sales and refunds with a focus on customer care.
• Process till transactions (cash and card).
• Advise on product selection with product knowledge.
• Drive basic sales metrics (AVS, UPT, Conversion) and upsell.
• Support stock receiving, storage and stock control.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester Store.

We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who love working as part of a team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our in‑store experience, ensuring every visitor enjoys the highest possible standard of service and leaves feeling part of the LFC family.

What will you be doing?

Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.

Till work including processing cash and card payments.

Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.

Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.

Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team.

A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous.

You will be able to work flexible hours.
