Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor for our Chester Store. You will deliver top-tier customer service, handle sales, refunds and till transactions while building product knowledge to guide customer choices.

Qualifications

• Recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and confident in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer sales and refunds with a focus on service quality.
• Operate tills and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Gain product knowledge to advise customers on selections.
• Support in driving add-on sales and upselling opportunities.
• Assist with stock receipt, storage and stock control processes.
• Deliver flexible, 8-hour-per-week shifts across a 5-from-7 roster.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our Chester Store.

We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who love working as part of a team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our in‑store experience, ensuring every visitor enjoys the highest possible standard of service and leaves feeling part of the LFC family.

What will you be doing?

• Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
• Till work including processing cash and card payments.
• Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
• Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
• Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.
