Job summary

DFS is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to be the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll bring outstanding service to every customer and help them feel at home.

No prior sales experience is necessary as full training is provided; you will build trusted connections, recommend best options, and contribute to a welcoming showroom environment while earning via uncapped commission on steady hours.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer's home.

We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
