Retail Sales Advisor - Brewers Decorator Centres

Join us as a Retail Sales Advisor at Brewers Decorator Centres. We are looking for a friendly, reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service in our Guildford store on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Position Details

• Location: Guildford
• Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
• Salary: £26,945 per annum (pro rata) plus pension and benefits

About the Role

You will help serve customers, assist with product recommendations, and support store operations. No prior product knowledge is necessary if you have strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Mix paint, process orders, and manage stock
• Promote seasonal and special items
• Assist with stock maintenance and deliveries

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Willing to undertake training for Fire Marshall/First Aider roles
• Motivated to learn and develop within the industry
