Qualifications

• Understanding of the advised and UK Life market.
• Experience in UK Retail Protection market preferred.
• Strong communication skills to tailor messages to stakeholders.
• Growth mindset with ability to navigate project delivery obstacles.
• Data-driven approach using customer/adviser feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain protection propositions on our Life Protection Platform.
• Analyse market, competitors and customer needs to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop ideas to enhance existing and new propositions to meet customer needs.
• Assess feasibility of new product ideas and build business cases.
• Lead or support projects to refresh, upgrade, or create new protection propositions.
• Collaborate with experts across the business to ensure compliance and customer focus.
• Understand regulatory changes and their impact on protection market.
