Job summary

INTOHEAT Ltd, a Bristol-based mechanical and electrical building services company, seeks a Retail Project Manager to deliver retail projects safely, on time and within budget. Based at Bristol Office, you will manage client relationships, prepare estimates, coordinate procurement and on-site teams, and ensure CDM and health and safety compliance.

Requirements: 3+ years in construction management, CSCS card, full UK driving licence, and experience with budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules.
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering projects in excess of £250k.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project).
• Experience coordinating procurement and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer requests are acknowledged and contractual obligations are met.
• Producing and issuing estimates and quotations to the client.
• Managing expenditure on projects allocated.
• Attending meetings in line with client expectations.
• Ensuring projects close within the timelines agreed.
• Coordinating procurement and contractors to maximise commercial gain.
• Ensuring installation labour is sourced to meet project requirements.
• Maintaining CDM documentation and site safety.
