Job summary

Optio Resourcing is recruiting a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical packages on retail and commercial projects. Location: Castleford/Nationwide. This permanent, full-time role offers a £65,000 salary plus benefits.

You will manage programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety, oversee project managers, supervisors and subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for clients and design teams, driving commissioning and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior PM or PM in M&E.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge relevant to M&E projects.
• Certifications in site safety and job-specific qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage programme, budget, quality and health and safety
• Oversee project managers, supervisors and subcontractors
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and design teams
• Drive commissioning, testing and handover documentation
