Job summary

The candidate will manage project programmes, budgets and resources, coordinate site teams and suppliers, and maintain strong commercial controls with forecasting and cost management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the M&E or Building Services sector.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project finances and profitability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good technical understanding of mechanical and electrical installations.
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
• Relevant industry qualifications and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple retail M&E projects from inception through to completion.
