Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking an energetic Product Team Leader in Plymouth on a fixed-term contract. You will lead store teams to deliver an inspiring customer journey, drive exceptional visual execution, and maintain high standards of service and operations.

You will support the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team, enhance performance, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining strong customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion and staying updated with trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and compelling outfits.
• Maintain strong visual standards focused on the customer journey.
• Duty manage store operations including service, people and operations.
• Support the Product Manager to empower the team and improve customer experience.
• Utilize commercial tools to drive actions and store KPIs.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion and RFID.
• Assist with store operations, health & safety, and compliance.
• Develop the store team to deliver high performance and engagement.
