Job summary

Booker is hiring a customer-focused Store Assistant in South Queensferry, Scotland. You will work across the store to fill shelves, serve at tills, manage stock levels and assist with deliveries to ensure customers get what they need quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods from a hand-held device.
• Check quality, shelf life and packaging for deliveries.
• Deliver goods and provide high standard of customer service.
• Be polite with delivery staff and handle queries or complaints.
• Assist with stock levels and store replenishment.
• Work across tills, shelves and delivery coordination as required.
