• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using handheld terminal; flag discrepancies to Manager.
• Check quality and shelf life; ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide high standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Polite communication with delivery staff and escalate complex issues when needed.
