Job summary

Taylor James Resourcing is seeking a Card Payments Specialist to own the end-to-end payment card infrastructure for two brands and ~800 locations in London. You will lead a small technical team, ensure high availability, security, and compliance across terminals, gateways, and loyalty integrations.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and align payment solutions with business goals while maintaining PCI DSS and P2PE compliance across the estate.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing enterprise-scale payment processing environments.
• Strong understanding of card payment ecosystems and related technologies.
• Experience with PCI DSS-compliant environments and P2PE.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payment card processing across brands and locations.
• Ensure availability, performance, security of payment services.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead payment-related projects and change initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for payment platforms.
