Role overview As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs. Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and potentially conducting pre-screening eye exams. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing customer inquiries via phone, and processing payments.

Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision needs.
