Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is recruiting a Retail Project Manager for Westfield London to lead the delivery of new stores from lease to opening, coordinating with Leasing, Design, Construction and Centre Management to keep programmes on track.

You’ll manage milestones, liaise with tenants, and ensure compliance, safety and on-time delivery while shaping the customer experience at one of the UK’s iconic destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction, or retail delivery.
• Understand construction project lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and build trust quickly.
• Strong ownership and organisational skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of CDM/health & safety requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full retail delivery process from lease agreement through to tenant opening.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants throughout the delivery journey.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Retail Design, Construction and Centre Management to keep projects moving.
• Establish and manage project programmes with clear milestones and documentation.
• Support leasing negotiations by providing technical and procedural information.
• Prepare landlord work scopes and technical appendices to support lease agreements.
• Coordinate landlord works, approvals and handover to tenants.
• Monitor tenant fit-out works to ensure alignment with designs and centre standards.
