Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is recruiting an experienced Retail Security Manager to oversee on-site Security, Cleaning and Maintenance teams for our client’s prestigious retail site in Sale.

You will manage operations, maintain accurate records, drive continuous improvement, and ensure SLAs and financial controls are met. The role requires an SIA Front Line badge and CCTV licence, with a two-week rotating schedule including every second weekend.

Qualifications

• SIA Front Line licence required.
• CCTV licence required.
• Experience in Facilities Management within Cleaning, Security & Maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
• Understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures.
• Able to work every second weekend.

Responsibilities

• Manage the soft services operation to the agreed specification, performance, and financial targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to delivery teams within soft services.
• Produce reports and manage time/attendance, payroll and HR processes for site teams.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and continuous improvements.
• Oversee inductions, training records and training compliance.
• Support client with admin tasks, tenant liaison and visitors/contractors.
