Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Non-Food Manager in Langley Mill to lead the George and GM departments on the shop floor. You will drive availability, service standards and execution while ensuring safety and compliance for customers and colleagues.

You will plan and deliver trading activity, coach your team and manage merchandising to meet key metrics. The role requires weekend/evening flexibility and a strong focus on developing people and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor, delivering availability and key metrics.
• Lead and coach the team to improve routines, processes and customer service.
• Ensure products are in stock, clearly labelled and displayed to drive sell-through.
• Develop talent, foster ownership, and create a positive, trusted team environment.
