Qualifikationen

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on non-food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day running of George and GM departments to deliver best availability and shop floor standards.
• Plan and execute trading activity on the shopfloor, driving sales and KPI performance.
• Engage and coach the team to foster selling with personality and customer care.
• Ensure products are clearly labelled, displayed to promote sell-through, and compliant with safety standards.
