Asda Stores Ltd in Hatfield is seeking a Non-Food Manager to lead the George and GM departments on the shop floor, delivering excellent availability and standards through effective execution and seasonal events. You will ensure safety and legality for customers and colleagues while driving sales and brilliant in-store theatre.

You'll plan trading activity, coach a team, optimise stock and display, and sustain strong customer service with a proactive, hands-on leadership style.

Formación

• Ability to translate strategy into everyday trading actions.
• Proven experience leading a retail team on the shop floor.
• Experience planning and executing in-store activities and promotions.
• Strong focus on customer service and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily trading activity to improve availability and KRAs.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver high shop floor standards.
• Ensure products are labelled, displayed, and promoted to drive sell-through.
