Asda Stores Ltd in Llandudno is seeking a Non-Food Manager to lead the George and GM departments. You will drive availability and high shop floor standards through effective execution, seasonal events and in-store theatre while ensuring safety and legal compliance for customers and colleagues.

You will develop teams, drive trading activity, and coach staff to sell with heart and pride, creating a culture of ownership and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in retail.
• Operational knowledge on non-food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability and key metrics.
• Lead with impact by coaching your team and fostering a culture of selling with personality and pride.
• Ensure shopfloor and promotional activity are landed to brief and on time, with clear labelling and displays to promote sell-through.
