Tesco Shift Lead (Night) is a key in-store leadership role, guiding the team during night hours to ensure smooth operation and great customer experiences.

You’ll manage day-to-day store activities, support colleagues, and act as the go-to person when the Store Manager is absent. We value clear communication, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive, high‑quality service for all customers. Applicants must be 18 or over and prepared for night/weekend shifts.
