Job summary

Service Innovation Group is seeking dynamic Retail Specialists to visit UK retail stores and transform client store displays into engaging experiences that delight customers and drive sales. You will craft visually appealing product presentations according to client briefs to ensure merchandise shines, while maintaining a strong focus on achieving store sales objectives and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues.
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales.
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPI's, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.
