Job summary

Omnicom's Flywheel team in the UK seeks a dynamic Sales Manager for Retail Media. You will drive revenue by selling Brand and Performance solutions to retailers, agencies and clients, leveraging your UK RM/ads ecosystem knowledge and consultative selling approach.

You’ll lead revenue delivery across campaigns, manage the sales plan and forecast, and build strong client and agency relationships while keeping a sharp focus on ROI and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in direct sales with revenue targets.
• Experience selling RM or Commerce media in the UK.
• Knowledge of RM networks, programmatic commerce and first-party data.
• Ability to sell beyond performance budgets to brand budgets.
• Experience selling to RM agencies, not only client-direct.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by unlocking spend with clients and agencies.
• Execute a sales plan with KPIs and revenue targets and forecast pipeline.
• Leverage Pacvue/Skai for performance budgets and pitch full-funnel Brand solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with marketing and commerce leads across clients.
• Develop sales processes and share best practices across endemic and non-endemic segments.
