Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Retail Media Manager to join us on Europe's largest frozen food company in Europe, and home to a portfolio of leading brands which includes Birds Eye & Aunt Bessie's.

Sat amongst a talented and supportive team within, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Executive or Manager to join us and help shape the strategy and activations across Amazon and a host of retailers in the UK and EU! Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Retail Media Manager to drive client-focused projects and deliver exceptional results in the fast-paced eCommerce landscape.

  • Reporting directly to the Account Director, as Retail Media Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing campaign activations for Nomad Foods across Amazon (AMS/DSP) and retailers like Sainsburys and Tesco using tools like Citrus and Criteo.
  • You'll be involved in responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the client.
  • Developing and implementing retail strategies that aligns with the overall client business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships within agency, retailers, platform partner and client teams
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers and incorporating these into strategic decisions that will help the client improve their performance.
  • Working closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviours, leveraging data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads or DSP) OR other retailer-specific platforms like Citrus or Criteo
  • Good understanding of search and Amazon Advertising strategy, with knowledge of other digital media channels, attribution models, conversion rate optimization, "retail readiness," and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing direct reports and fostering a collaborative team environment.
