Job Description:

As an Amazon Ads and Retail Media Manager, your role will involve managing a team of Retail Media (RM) professionals to produce high-quality work within deadlines. You will ensure your team has the necessary tools and skills to meet high standards in RM delivery, exceeding client expectations. Your work will focus on campaigns across Amazon Ads and other platforms like Tesco (via CitrusAd), Asda (via Criteo), and more.

Success will be measured by improved account performance, increased client investment, audit scores, case studies, reduced errors, and client retention.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and manage your RM team to industry-leading standards.
  • Meet deadlines and actively contribute to key accounts.
  • Ensure quality of all team output, adhering to agency best practices.
  • Monitor client results and provide strategic guidance for improvement.
  • Challenge and refine briefs to ensure high standards and alignment with agency values.
  • Implement and oversee client processes including reporting and finance.
  • Become an expert in relevant tools and technologies.
  • Create and maintain project and account development plans.
  • Align work with client's overall strategy.
  • Forecast delivery and ROI for clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Retail Media product through projects and information sharing.
  • Assist in training new and junior team members.
  • Support the wider growth of the channel within Dentsu.
