The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Ads and Criteo, and will be responsible for managing full-funnel strategies. Are you a retail media powerhouse ready to work with some of the biggest names in beauty? We’re looking for a Retail Media Account Manager with sharp digital skills, eCommerce savvy, and a passion for performance to join our team on a major global beauty account.
You'll be leading the charge on cutting-edge campaigns acrossAmazon, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo, helping brands connect with shoppers in smarter, more meaningful ways.
Reporting into the Account Director, you’ll take ownership of campaign planning and performance, and collaborate across creative, data, and media to drive best-in-class results.
Delivering full-funnel retail media strategies across Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, and more
Driving performance through advanced optimizations, bid strategies, and testing frameworks
Managing large, high-value accounts—ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success
Leading and mentoring junior team members and shaping innovation roadmaps
Working closely with clients, retail platforms, and internal stakeholders
Reporting performance using Excel, PowerPoint, and platform analytics
Retail Media is a strategic priority within Publicis, and this role offers substantial growth opportunities as we expand our team to meet increasing demand for retail media specialists. You will collaborate with global brands, leveraging innovative platforms to deliver impactful advertising solutions and drive measurable business outcomes.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Epsilon, and/or Criteo, ideally in an agency environment
Strong grasp of search, DSP, attribution models, conversion rate optimisation & retail readiness
Experience with Amazon platforms: Vendor Central, Brand Analytics, DSP
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A strategic mindset and experience setting goals and KPIs
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing direct reports and collaborative teams
