• Hours: 30 hours per week, including weekends
• Salary: £27,123.00 - £28,956.00 Pro Rata

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated team player with retail and customer service experience to manage the RSPB Carsington Water Shop. The role involves achieving sales targets, leading staff and volunteers, maintaining excellent customer service, managing stock, processing deliveries, and handling banking responsibilities.
