Your role

MINI Nottingham is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.

As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. Your role includes ensuring customers understand their obligations clearly, with integrity and fairness.

Sytner Business Managers work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to provide excellent customer service.

Your profile

Applicants should have automotive Sales Executive experience as a minimum requirement.

If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would like to hear from you.

You should have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead and inspire colleagues, and drive performance in finance and add-on sales.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal goals.
