About the role

We connect Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, and Insights professionals with SaaS companies and MarTech agencies. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth retail media business targeting FMCG brands. The role involves building new client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding business in a dynamic, remote setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive annual sales growth with FMCG clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, closing deals, maintaining relationships, and campaign management.
  • Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Collaborate proactively with team members.
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing sales role, preferably within FMCG.
  • Proven success in achieving sales growth and managing client relationships.
  • Positive, ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics.
Compensation:

Salary ranges from 50-55k base, with an uncapped OTE of 18-35k.
