Are you a strategic marketer with a flair for leadership and innovation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment? We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and drive demand, brand visibility, and sales growth across our portfolio of made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters, and wholesale brands.

As Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing marketing team to deliver impactful, data-driven strategies that align with our business goals. This pivotal role combines hands-on marketing execution with strategic thinking and stakeholder influence. You will manage a variety of campaigns, launches, and promotional activities to support brands such as Eclipse, Customwest, Luxaflex, Arena, Style Studio, and Intu.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Trade Marketing to turn market insights and business objectives into innovative, customer-focused marketing strategies, while taking ownership of all key trade marketing activity.

As a Trade Marketing Manager, here’s an idea of what you will be doing:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the trade marketing team
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate trade marketing activity across multiple brands
  • Drive product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional platforms
  • Oversee partner and dealer campaigns including POS, advertising, events, and training
  • Champion brand positioning and consistency across all channels
  • Manage websites, social content, and trade advertising
  • Track and report on marketing performance, delivering actionable insights
  • Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and prioritise resource allocation effectively
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

What we need from you:

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, creative, and collaborative. You’ll have the ability to inspire and lead a team, manage projects from concept to execution, and build strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree or formal qualification in Marketing (or a related field)
  • 3-5+ years’ marketing experience, including B2B and B2B2C trade marketing
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing people
  • Strong planning, project management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident with platforms like Umbraco, email marketing, and social media
  • Data-driven, with a sharp eye for detail and creative execution
  • Experience managing budgets and marketing calendars
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritise tasks, and drive continuous improvement
