What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in retail pharmacy and a S2/S3 certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent merchandising and attention to detail
• A passion for customer service and community connection
• POSWorks or similar retail software experience and strong computer and Microsoft Office skills

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead store presentation, operations, and service excellence
• Maintain stock levels, ordering, and merchandising
• Coordinate catalogue campaigns and in-store promotions
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer assistance
• Manage and mentor a team of pharmacy assistants
