Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager at First Light Coffee Co., located in London. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing team members, maximizing sales, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in inventory management, ensuring the store meets company standards, and implementing business strategies to improve performance. Additional duties include scheduling staff, training new employees, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
