Our client is looking for a Retail Manager for their new outlet based in the City of London.

You will use your background in retail management to oversee the daily activities of this new store. A food-based background is preferred. This role is expected to be very busy due to its prime location. You will likely manage 7 team members and 2 assistant managers.

You will monitor standards of hygiene and food safety throughout the store, aiming for an EHO rating of 5 to evidence compliance with food safety and hygiene legislations. Carry out risk assessments and internal audits to assess compliance regarding health and safety, fire safety, and brand standards. Champion the store, meet and exceed targets for sales, waste, wages, and profitability. Address any problems from customers or onsite issues. Overall, ensure the smooth running of the shop.

Shifts are between 5am - Midnight, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts within this timeframe.

In return, the company offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 and benefits associated with this long-standing brand.
