Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Developing business strategies to increase our customer base, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
• Creating and managing a relaxed, welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Handling customer queries and complaints.
• Overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability, and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff.
• Controlling and operating the store in accordance with company policies to minimize costs and maximize profits.
• Conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Recruiting and training new staff, including conducting inductions.
• Ensuring racks are fully stocked.
• Providing high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Utilizing customer feedback and coaching staff, especially during peak times.
• Informing customers about discounts and special offers, and managing budgets.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or related study and experience.
• Excellent management skills.
• Strong experience with Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including customer management skills.
