Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Lexus Dealership in Cheltenham. The working hours are from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a day off during the week. The role also involves working every other weekend: 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

OTE is up to £60,000 plus benefits including a company car.

Within each of our dealerships, we have specialists who guide and support customers in all their vehicle financing and insurance needs.

As a Retail Manager at Listers, you will focus on growing sales gross profit, particularly in finance, insurance, and value-added products. You will handle customer inquiries and develop the sales team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Discuss the financial requirements of our customers.
• Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties, and other services offered by our dealerships.
• Ensure customers understand their obligations clearly.
• Work closely with the sales team, providing coaching and assistance.
• Propose financial agreements to nominated lenders.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.

About You

• You may be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller, or seeking your first management role.
• You are confident in discussing and identifying individual or company requirements.
• You have an outstanding sales record, especially in finance sales.
• You are highly organized to ensure paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
• Experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
