Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is recruiting for a Retail Sales Manager for a prestigious automotive parts supplier. You will head up the retail sales team and be responsible for generating footfall and overall store performance.

The ideal candidate is an inspiring, hands-on leader with a commercial mindset, focused on sales growth, profitability and achieving targets. The role offers £36,000 to £38,000 plus bonus, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday AM.

• Day-to-day management of the Retail Sales Team.
• Ensure financial procedures are well managed daily.

• Meet and exceed store revenue growth and KPIs.
• Monitor branch performance against budget and KPIs.
• Maintain gross margin levels across all sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce and Marketing for local activity.
• Provide market feedback to senior management.

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for a RETAIL SALES MANAGER for a prestigious and well known automotive parts supplier - this role will head up the retail sales team and be responsible for generating footfall and success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the Retail Sales Team.
• Ensure financial procedures are well managed and carried out daily.
• Ensure showroom is always clean; tidy and shelf stock is full.
• Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilise cross-training .
• Meeting and exceeding your store’s revenue growth, net profit and expenditure budget goals set by the Company.
• Responsible for reviewing daily, weekly and monthly branch performance against agreed KPIs
• Maintain agreed gross margin levels across all sales
• Ensure that your store delivers consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Work proactively with the Group E-Commerce and Marketing Teams to develop and implement local marketing initiatives, promotional activity, social media content and campaigns designed to increase branch awareness, footfall and sales.
• Providing support and market feedback to senior management.
• Ensure that the Company’s core values are always applied, and that the sales team are professional in their attitude, presentation, and communication.
